Heavenly Pizza, located in Findlay, Ohio, made the move to a larger location in August of 2023. When the owner called he said “look, I’m really busy right now, I can’t focus on this”. Knowing Josh for a number of years, we knew that Josh was the type of business owner that GOES BIG or goes home… so we knew this wasn’t going to be a traditional grand opening! Immediately, we got to work!

This event was managed from start to finish by Whirlwind Productions. We started with making connections to vendors who wanted to be a part of the event! We had Romick Railway, Kona Ice - Findlay, Findlay Pedal Company, A1 Tent Rentals, Lee Warren Music, Mad Hatter Promotions, Airway Inflatables, and Visit Findlay! We had raffles to raise money for Children’s Mentoring Connection who was there to bring more entertainment to the kids! Of course, Free Pizza was had as well. What an incredible evening!

Also provided for this event was social media marketing, menu inserts, flyers, press release, Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting, pick up and delivery of materials, and event day-of management.
